This tour will be conducted on a daily basis and departs nearly always early in the morning and return in the afternoon ,weather and sea state permitting .

All tackle,bait will be supplied and soft drinks and a lunchbox will served.

The area to be fished can range from Sandwich Harbour in the south to the Ugab River in the north.

All casting will be done by the myself or the guide accompanying you on your tour.

Shark fishing can be done .

Skiboat Angling can also be arranged.

This tour will include sight seeing in both towns, the Wetlands at Walvis Bay  the Salt works and the Seal Colony at Pelican Point .The return route will pass Dune 7 .

Due to the length of this tour departure will be in the morning at 8 am from either town and end after lunchtime.The route can be done in the afternoon when time allows for it or be added to the Welwitchia drive and then become part of a full day tour.

Light refreshments will be served in case of a full day tour and soft drinks and water will be available.

The scenery and wildlife, variety of landscape makes a full day tour a must .

The Welwitchia drive is maybe one of the most frequented routes by tourist in the Namib region and allows the tourist to see the splendour of the Namib and some of its unique features.Specific attention will be given to the community of life around each Welwitchia plant .

Taking about 4 hours to complete this drive takes one to a variety of scenery and some interesting plant life,geological formations and some relics of the past .Soft drinks and water will be available .

The drive can be done either in the morning or afternoon or combined with the coastal towns.

The Namib Scenic Drive is a route through various areas of the Namib section of the Namib-Naukluft park. The mosaic of landscapes can all be viewed and various sights not on the normal routes will be seen

Gravel plains with their seemingly inhospitality and lack of life are very much in evidence ,lichen are found all over and a vast array of insect and reptile life. The birdlife in this inhospitable area are few but are found.

The wildlife are more concentrated on the grass plains nearer to the Kuiseb canyon and a selection can normally be viewed next to the road.Birdlife are more abundant in the dry water courses and lappet faced vulture might be seen.

The trees and other vegetation grows in one of earths harshest environments and in good rainy seasons you can be astounded at the sight. A carpet of waving grass , colourful flowers blooming contrasting starkly with the dry or drought season when even grass although dried out becomes a scarce sight

The drive covers a lot of the desert and therefore needs to be started at sunrise and will end near to sunset or just after it. Sunset is also a spectacle to behold along the coast or in the desert.

A variation on this drive is including the nature walk at Tinkas and the Rock sculpture trail making this a true safari in the desert and extending the trip into a 2/3 day camping trip.depending on progress made .
