To create an economically better off, socially enlightened and culturally comprehensive society in which every individual and family has ‘enough for its needs’.
To foster a process of ongoing change in favour of the rural poor in a way in which they can sustain this process through building and managing appropriate local level institutions rooted in values of justice, equity and mutual support.
To promote and propagate strategies through which the full potential of women children and youth are realized.
To influence public policies in favour of the poor.
To strengthen networks and linkages between and among formal and non-formal institutions that can foster and sustain the impact of development initiatives.
To be at the aid of the suffering humanity in times of need and natural calamity.
To promote economic, educational, spiritual, technical and agricultural development and encourage entrepreneurship.
To train, educate and equip the people with knowledge, skills attitude and capacity for development.
To undertake relief, rehabilitation and resource mobilization fore the victims of flood, fire and other calamities.
